With 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Neil is the Senior Vice President, Retail of DTZ Vancouver Real Estate Ltd. He has helped direct the real estate strategy for the Retail/Investment Department in which he has created a stronger presence for DTZ Vancouver within the marketplace. Neil’s expertise provided on behalf of Landlords and Vendors has encompassed all aspects of retail leasing, investment sales, development, merchandising, advisory mandates, tenant solicitation, documentation and consulting. He is responsible for overseeing the disposition of retail investment real estate, in addition to facilitating multiple retail leasing transactions.
